Building Inspection Reports
We provide in-depth written builders reports with photographs, based on a visual property inspection. Perfect for those selling a property or looking for pre-purchase peace of mind.
Maintenance Reports
We can perform maintenance inspections on rental and owner occupied properties.
A full inspection of the property is performed and a written report provided.
Certificate of Acceptance
For unauthorised work completed before the 1992 Building Act we complete Reports which are lodged with council for review and acceptance.

Testing
Non-invasive or invasive moisture testing surveys are available in conjunction with, or separate to, building inspection reports.
